She oversaw a billion-dollar development pipeline to ensure that growth initiatives were supported and its strategy aligned. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President of Closing for a national mortgage banking firm, overseeing approximately $5 billion in debt and managing over 600 transactions.

Jerry has nearly 30 years of experience as an engineer, entrepreneur, and general contractor. Before joining PGO, he was the owner of Trinity General Contracting and QRF Maintenance, which provided contracting and property maintenance services to investors in 12 states and Washington, D.C. Jerry has been an active real estate owner and investor who has managed a real estate holding company with over 30 entities. During his career, he has also led project management services from the engineering & design phase through turnover and start-up.
