Alexis Pattison

President

Alexis brings over 18 years of experience in Development, Brokerage, Asset Management, and Finance. She has served as Executive Vice President at a vertically integrated private equity investment firm focused on multifamily, retail, and self-storage. She oversaw a billion-dollar development pipeline, ensuring growth initiatives were supported and strategy remained aligned. Before that, she served as Senior Vice President of Closing for a national mortgage banking firm, overseeing about $5 billion in debt and managing more than 600 transactions.

Jerry Hahn

Chief Operating Officer

Jerry has nearly 30 years of experience as an engineer, entrepreneur, and general contractor. Before joining PGO, he was the owner of Trinity General Contracting and QRF Maintenance, which provided contracting and property maintenance services to investors in 12 states and Washington, D.C. Jerry has been an active real estate owner and investor who has managed a real estate holding company with over 30 entities. During his career, he has also led project management services from the engineering & design phase through turnover and start-up.

Ann is a seasoned real estate executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning all facets of commercial real estate. She is recognized for her analytical approach to identifying market opportunities, improving occupancy, and maximizing asset performance. Her ability to translate deep industry knowledge into actionable strategies has contributed to the success of the organizations she serves. Ann is also known for her communication skills, extensive industry relationships, and expertise in lease negotiation and complex deal structuring.
