Our parent company, Prudent Growth Partners, was founded in 2015 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, as a fully integrated private equity real estate investment firm. Over the past decade, we've acquired, leased, managed, and operated a diverse portfolio of shopping centers and commercial properties spanning millions of square feet across more than a dozen states. We've navigated every challenge commercial real estate can present, from complex lease negotiations and tenant transitions to capital improvements and changing market cycles. We didn't just manage properties. We built a business around understanding what it takes to protect and grow real asset value.

That depth of experience is what led us to launch Cornerstone Commercial. We saw an opportunity to bring our owner's perspective to other property owners who want more from their management team - not just maintenance and rent collection, but true operational partnership grounded in strategy, accountability, and results.
