Our parent company, Prudent Growth Partners, was founded in 2015 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, as a fully integrated private equity real estate investment firm. Over the past decade, we've acquired, leased, managed, and operated a diverse portfolio of shopping centers and commercial properties spanning millions of square feet across fifteen states. We've navigated every challenge commercial real estate can present, from complex lease negotiations and tenant transitions to capital improvements and changing market cycles. We didn't just manage properties. We built a business around understanding what it takes to protect and grow real asset value.
